AM CLEANING SERVICES VALUES YOUR HOME AND APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS. FOR BOTH THE PROTECTION OF OUR CLIENTS AND OUR COMPANY PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:


SAFETY

The Safety of our employees is extremely important.  Employees are strictly prohibited from climbing higher than 2 step ladder. We bring our own 2 step ladder.  To decrease the risk of injury to employees we are unable to move heavy objects, flip mattress, etc. We are unable to clean up vomit, blood, or urine or excrement.


EQUIPMENT

AM Cleaning Services supplies all cleaning equipment and supplies.  However, if you prefer a different product be used on a surface in your home they will be happy to use it if you provide it for them.


DISTRACTION

It is important to us to have access to every area of your home that will be cleaned.  In doing so, we need to work freely and without distractions.  Excessive talking (beyond cleaning instruction) prevents us from being 100% focused. Every effort is made to work safely and cautiously  and we cannot assume liability for injury to others. We kindly ask that you, and your children and pets remain out of the areas we are cleaning.


PETS

Your pets are members of your family and we respect that. However, if your pet is afraid of vacuums, territorial or overly friendly and will not allow us to do our work, we may suggest that they be placed in areas that we are not working in.  We will not pick up pet droppings. This includes cleaning of litter boxes and dog kennels.


DAMAGES

Accidents do happen. If we are responsible for damages to your home or item in your home, we will contact you. We will make every attempt to repair, replace or pay for any item(s) that we have damaged. We will not assume liability  for items not secured in a proper manner (heavy pictures, pre-existing damages, scratches, dings in windows, paint, furniture, floors, walls, shelves, etc.) Items of monetary or sentimental value should be put away on the day of services or clean by home owner.​


All surfaces (marble, granite, hardwood floors, tile, etc) are assumed to be sealed and ready to be cleaned without causing harm when common cleaners are used. We ask that any parts from appliances would have to be remove by client. Should client decides that we can remove item(s), Client hereby releases AM Cleaning Services from all liability arising out of cleaning these item(s). 


FIREARMS

For our protection and yours, if you have firearms, we ask that all they be stored and locked away prior to our cleaning your home. We will not clean any rooms in which firearms are visibly present. Please do not leave firearms under pillow or mattresses as they pose a danger when we are changing linens on beds. 


ESTIMATE

We strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our estimates but in some cases, this is not always possible. The following situation may result in fees which are above or below or estimate:

All First Time jobs will have a higher cost depending on the time, condition of the home and number of pets. If the house is not in the same condition as when the estimate was provided, additional fees may apply.

Ensure that toys, clothes, coats, shoes are picked up and put away. We will not pick up toys or excessive items on the floors. If you would like to add organization, please contact office.

If you would like us to change your bed sheets- please place leave clean sheets on top of bed. Additional charges will apply to change linen after 1st bed.


Your home may need extra cleaning after such events as parties, Holiday season and construction work or as result of extended intervals between cleaning. Additional fee may be apply on your service due to the condition of the home.  Initial Fee will be apply if you reschedule a visit after 4 weeks of non-services.


 ARRIVAL NOTICE

Please realize that we have a two (2) hour window for arrival. Many things can affect our schedules, such cancellations, traffic, accidents, lockouts, weather, etc. 


ALARM SYSTEM

If your home has a security system, please inform us how your want to handle it.


COMMUNICATION/ CANCELATION

Great Work Requires Great Communication. We ask all of our clients to please:

However, we charge $25 fee if we cant access your home, though not faults of ours.

Extraordinary request, such as windows, baseboards, appliances requires additional time and will only be accommodated if we have sufficient notice to adjust the schedules.


PAYMENTS

Payment is due at the time of service- Service will not be provided if payment is not made before cleaning. WE DO NOT INVOICE unless agreement has been made. We accept the following method of payments: cash, check, credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, etc) and Paypal. There is a 2.9% charge of credit card transactions. There is a $10.00 fee if you fail to leave any form of payment and we invoice or contact to make a payment. Any return check will result in $50.00 service charge.


REFUND
Since cleaning is a very personalize and subjective services- We do not offer refunds to Customers. If you are unhappy with any cleaning services provided, you are required to notify us within 24 hours of services in order for us to address and correct the problem. AM Cleaning have the right to take Legal action for any unpaid services.


TIPPING

If you are pleased with the work done in your home we encourage you to show your appreciation to your provider. Although not require, a gratuity is a powerful way to say "I appreciate your work" Even a simply saying "Thanks for a job well done" means a great deal.


CLEANING HOURS

MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 7AM TO 5PM

SATURDAY SERVICES ARE LIMITED AND AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.

WE ARE CLOSED ON MAJOR HOLIDAYS & BAD WEATHER
